This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website. It is short on purpose: the site collects only what the lead form asks for, and it is used only to answer you.
What this site collects
When you send the form, the site receives the name, phone number, email address, and question you type. It also records the page you were on, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. Those last items are used to deliver and organize the message and to filter spam.
Why it is collected
Solely to reply to your question and, if you ask, to follow up about your property. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
The message is emailed to info@syonrealty.com and saved in a private lead file that is not reachable from the web. Access is limited to Veerendra Gaddam and, where necessary, the hosting provider that stores the site. Information is not sold or rented. It may be disclosed if the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while they are useful for answering you and keeping normal business records, up to 24 months after our last contact.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@syonrealty.com and it will be handled. You can also choose not to use the form and call instead.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with a home or mortgage. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The form is submitted over HTTPS and the lead file is stored outside the public website folder. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or full loan documents through the form.
